Terms of Service

These terms apply to detailing services provided by The Valley Mobile Car Detailing. Booking an appointment means you agree to the terms below.

Scheduling and access

We are a mobile service and detail your vehicle where it is parked. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and that we have room to work safely around it. If service requires water or power access, let us know when you book so we can plan accordingly.

Quotes and pricing

Pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and the services selected. If a vehicle needs significantly more work than described at booking, we will discuss it with you and confirm any change before continuing.

Cancellations

Plans change — just let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. Severe weather may require rescheduling for the safety of your vehicle and our work.

Results

Detailing improves the condition and appearance of a vehicle, but some damage is permanent. Deep stains, etched paint, worn materials, burns, tears, and long-standing odors may improve without fully disappearing. We will always tell you what we realistically expect before starting.

Personal belongings

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
